Here it is. What a session this was! We have the recordings here. Feel free to share and to discuss. Lorimer, Darren and Mick are keynotes for Less Pain and Performance. They only have been scratching the surface.

We have here some key take-aways from this session:

- We trust the athlete's report. There are no papers available for relevant averages. Elite athletes and performance are the exception by standard.

- There is no evidence that elite athletes have different nociceptors (danger detectors); but the central processing seems to be very different!

- The introduction of the industrial athlete

- Even when the body seems to do the right thing, the human can experience pain

- The story of the Socceroo player at the World-cup that lost performance by speaking to his manager

- The story of the pro-cyclist with leg pain that improved when the parent was around

- Educating elite athletes and performers is intentional. It's a strategy, sometimes in groups.

- How storytelling can help to get fundamental knowledge across. Players relate to examples of other elite and successful individuals and teams. The story allows get the knowledge across with science and data. That's a game changer.
